Returns policy for UK customers

We will gladly refund all goods up to 30 days from when the items have been delivered.

Please note, all goods must be in their original packaging, unused and in a re-sellable condition to qualify for a refund.

To return your goods, simply click on the icon below and email us to initiate the return. You will need to have your order ID and email address.

Please allow 10 working days to process your return one your return has arrived back to us.

When processing your refund £4.50 per parcel will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We regret that we cannot refund any outbound shipping costs.

We will only accept returns via our online portal.
 

Returns policy for international customers

If you are an international customer and want to return an item, please contact our customer service team using the ‘contact us’ form.
 

Incorrect Items sent, Faulty or Damaged Products

If you have received either a faulty incorrect or damaged item, please use our contact us form to make us aware of the issue within 48 hours of receipt of your products, in your email be sure to include your order number, photo evidence, a small description of the issue and any other relevant information such as batch codes and our customer service team will be on hand to rectify the issue.
 

Important Notice on Refunds

When creating your finished products, we strongly recommend conducting small test runs every time to identify potential issues with products. If an error or faulty product occurs due to our mistake, we can only refund the specific product in question—not any additional components used in your final product. We appreciate your understanding and encourage careful testing before full use.
