When to Order - We always advise that you order your stationery 4-5 months before your wedding. This allows 4-8 weeks for the sampling and production stage and ensures that you receive your stationery at least 3 months before the wedding date. If your wedding falls at a particular busy time of year within the ‘working world’ i.e. peak summer season or Christmas then you may want to send out your invitations earlier or alternatively send ‘save the date’ cards. This will ensure that your guests have enough notice to book required time away from work or accommodation if required.

Placing an Order - Once you have decided on the design and colour then you can download an order form by clicking here. If you have already received a sample you will already have the ordering forms. However you if encounter any problems in downloading the forms please telephone and we will be happy to send them to you. You will notice on the order form that there are three payment options, ‘Cheque Enclosed’, ‘Paypal’ or ‘Bank Transfer’ simply tick the one you would like to use and make the preferred method of payment and return the order forms and original sample to us by post. Please remember to sign and date the order form directly under ‘I have read and agree to the terms and conditions’. We cannot accept unsigned order forms and if your signature is not present then the form will be returned to you. A deposit of £25.00 is required initially. If you are only ordering invitations, save the date and rsvp's then the final balance is due before the final delivery of your order. If you are ordering both the above and reception stationery together then final payment is due 4 weeks before you wish to receive the order.
Your Information - You will need to complete an information sheet which is attached to the order form. This information will provide us with the wording for your invitations. It is preferred that the information for the order of service, menu and guest names for the invitations and place names is sent via email or saved to disc as an attached Microsoft Word or Excel document. A final proof for all products ordered will be forwarded to you (except seating plans). Once the proof has been checked by yourself you will need to sign the approval form and return by post. Once we have confirmation then your order will be processed and dispatched to you by registered post. If any further proofing/alterations are required after you have received the final samples then these will be forwarded to you via email. Please note that the time taken to confirm the proofs may delay your delivery time of your order. We tend to allow 7-10 days for you to confirm proofing to fit in with the 4-8 weeks delivery time from receipt of your order form.
Check and Return of Proof Samples - Please note that it is always important that you check every proof carefully to ensure there are no mistakes as the colours represented on screen may differ from the actual colours when printed. Check that all your information is correct, people’s names, spelling and punctuation, dates, times and venue, rsvp date and address. It is advisable that you also get someone else to check them for you! If mistakes are noticed or alterations required after the proof form has been signed and returned then an extra cost may be incurred if the order has already gone into production.
Postage and Delivery - You are welcome to collect from the studio, otherwise we will carefully pack your order and postage and packaging will be applicable. The final delivery charge will be placed on the final invoice. If you are requiring two separate deliveries, for example, invitations and reception stationery then please add two delivery charges to your order. All orders are delivered on a week day, therefore, you may wish to place an alternative delivery address in the space provided on the order form, such as a relative or your works address. Delivery can be made on a Saturday but this will incur an additional charge. Once you have received your order we do appreciate a quick email to say that all has arrived safely. Although we have never experienced any orders being lost or damaged but if this does occur we must be notified within 48 hours from the registered delivery date.
