Your initial 1 hour consultation is complimentary.

How and when do I pay? When placing a stationery order, we will send you a confirmation of order and request a 50% deposit. This should be paid before we proceed with your design. Depending upon the size of the order, staged payments may be taken, the balance is then payable on collection of the final items.

We accept cheque, cash and BACS transfer.

Will I get to see a proof of my stationery before it is printed? Yes, we will email you a digital proof before your order is printed.

Can I make changes to my proofs? Yes, your proofs are there for you to check that everything is correct. Just let us know if there are any changes. Please note that the bespoke service includes up to 3 proofs, further proofs are charged at an additional cost which will always be discussed prior to commencement.

I'm not able to come and see you? That's not a problem, we may be able to visit you, otherwise as many of our customers are outside the area we can usually organise everything via post, email and telephone and can deliver the order to you when it is ready.

What happens if we want to cancel our order? Depending on when you cancel your order, certain charges will apply. If the order is cancelled prior to printing 50% of the order value will be charged. Once approval to print has been given 100% of the order value will be charged.
